It's Go Time

I really enjoy group exercise classes. Zumba? Kickboxing? Yes! I even love going to the gym for some weight training. Just love the feeling of being strong. But, I guess I love cuddling on the couch and eating "comfort" foods even more :( Being in a great relationship with a wonderful guy just makes me a lazy homebody. That changes now! It's time for me to have both a great man and a healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
Make a habit of a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise at least 3xs per week.

Eat nutritious foods daily.

By July 2013 lose 50 lbs!

My Program:
Eating a lot more veggies and some healthy complex carbs at every meal.

Limit fat intake to healthy fats.

Smaller meals with small snacks in between.

Drink only water and herbal tea. No sodas.

Exercise 3-5 times per week for an hour. Daily for at least 10 minutes.

Hate the treadmill! Determined to lose weight without that boring ole' treadmill!

Thank you! :) We do most of our cooking at home, but I did go to a luau when I first arrived on the island and they sure do like to feed you!! :) Thank you so much for your support and encouragement!! I will add you as a friend also! :)
