Ready to be healthier and happier.

I'm ready to enjoy having my picture taken again, to enjoy clothes shopping, to enjoy working out and being fit and to be happy with myself in a swimsuit. My son loves the water and I want to enjoy it with him instead of constantly thinking about how I look.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Increase my protein intake.

Watch portion sizes.

Consume 1200-1400 calories daily.

Move more - 10,500 / daily steps

Elliptical - 3 x / weekly

Evening mini workout - 2-3 x/ weekly

Hi Kelly!! I hope you are doing well and your little one is too. I can't believe the kids are 2 (or will be soon). I'm taking classes now for Medical Billing so I have fallen off the wagon last semester but have gotten on enough to see the numbers move down. I'm stuck now again . I have pulled out my Cathe Step DVDs again and I'm loving it. I'm going to order a cardio dvd from her website to add to the mix so I don't get bored again. When I get bored that is when I fall off for a bit. The only problem is that it is so hard to get back on track. LOL I've gotten a calendar and smiley stickers now for when I work out. May is pretty smiley can't wait to see June. :)
