Looking to be healthier!

Over the past few years, I've lost about 20 pounds only to regain back most of it....letting work travel and life get the best of me. I track my food daily, drink 8-10 glasses of water each day and have upped my workouts. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds! I'm frustrated, but committed to not losing hope. My Goals:
Be healthier and more fit.

Lose 30 pounds.

Keep a positive outlook and try not to let the scale dictate how I feel about myself.




My Program:
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Increase my protein intake.

Exercise at least 3-4 hours each week at a minimum.

Consume 1200-1400 calories daily.

Hey there Kelly!! How are things going? I've been hit and miss and haven't been on here for a bit. I have the app but it isn't easy enough to post comments from my phone and with the baby (who isn't such a baby lately) is harder to get on here.

Hi Kelly!! I hope you are doing well and your little one is too. I can't believe the kids are 2 (or will be soon). I'm taking classes now for Medical Billing so I have fallen off the wagon last semester but have gotten on enough to see the numbers move down. I'm stuck now again . I have pulled out my Cathe Step DVDs again and I'm loving it. I'm going to order a cardio dvd from her website to add to the mix so I don't get bored again. When I get bored that is when I fall off for a bit. The only problem is that it is so hard to get back on track. LOL I've gotten a calendar and smiley stickers now for when I work out. May is pretty smiley can't wait to see June. :)
