My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of June. I have struggled staying on track lately, and I hope that joining this online community will help me stay focused and motivated.

My Program:
At this point in my life, I have found that what works best for me is focusing on eating healthy foods (as opposed to following a "diet") and limiting snackage in between meals. It also helps me stay on track to walk daily.

Hi! Stopping by to say hello! It's hard to believe it's late September! Plan now to do something fun for the weekend while the weather is still mild! It's a great time to go for a walk or hike, ride your bicycle or play some tag football in the back yard!

Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople! I find the nutrition tracker to be the most valuable, especially in the beginning. It makes you really look at what you are eating and what the real nutrition value is on the things you eat. The Teams are also an excellent place for support. There are also numerous exercises on here along with recipes.
