2012 Bucket List

Goals that require fitness to achieve:
*skydiving-----Check May 2012
*snorkeling somewhere new this year -- planned in August
*kayaking 1 x week in good weather (pond by the house)
*enter, run and complete a 10K---check - Richmond 10K
*20 pushups
*1 handed pushups
*start P90X---changed to Crossfit----check! June 2012
*complete P90X----changing to NEVER QUIT
*weigh 136 by end of 2012 (ugh) ---looking more doable now!
**ADDED paleo! ...

Other Information:
Paleo is great. No cravings and losing weight at a great clip. Sustainable, not a diet but a choice. I have finally theoretically drank the koolaid and I am not going to put bad stuff in my face anymore. Try it, you will be amazed at what you learn and how you feel. This is easy! (especially during the summer)

Saw your comment about learning to play the guitar. Do it! I'm self-taught on the piano, and can't imagine a day without the chance to play when the mood strikes. I'd love to pick up the guitar, too. I'm learning, from the drawing experience, that we don't have to be great artists or musicians to enjoy the act of creating. Who cares if we're not Picasso or Eric Clapton! It's fun just to see something happen by picking up a pencil, or plunking a key on a piano, or strumming strings on a guitar. So - go have some fun!
