Hey Welcome to my page and thanks for taking the time to read this !
When i was 16 years old i was skinny and pretty but i didnt believe it and now looking back i wish i did i have gone from a size 9 to a size 19 this is a huge jump for me and i have been looking for ways to fix it. I didnt realize i am the one that holds the key to my own happiness and weightloss well not until the other day when i came across this site.

When i was 16 years old i was skinny and pretty but i didnt believe it and now looking back i wish i did i have gone from a size 9 to a size 19 this is a huge jump for me and i have been looking for ways to fix it. I didnt realize i am the one that holds the key to my own happiness and weightloss well not until the other day when i came across this site.
For the last 3 years i have allowed my self to be used by men and boys and instead of standing up for my self i ate myself into obesity and a depression. A year ago today i was the happiest i had ever been and then months later he ripped my heart out, I took my depressed feeling and looked to food for comfort and that is where 55 pounds came from since November 2009 until now July 1 2010. I loved and lost and now i am ready to move on with my life and be happy again but in order to take control and feel good about myself again i want to be smaller then what i am right now, I am tired of being controlled by my own emotions so i am going to lose my weight and get my life back because I am a strong woman and the only person standing in my way of happiness is me.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose the 55 pounds i have to lose and become skinny so i am no longer the loser in the group!

My Program:
I have 30 minutes of strength training everyday along with 1 hour of Cardio and I have to closly monitor what i eat! No Sugar, POP or Junk food of any kind

Personal Information:
I am from canada I am 19 years old and entering College in the fall, after a bad break up i gained 65 pounds because of depression and due to my asthma i have not been able to get it off again. This is my motivation.

Other Information:
My Favorite Movies are the twilight saga along with my favorite book the twilight series by Stephanie meyer. My favorite TV shows are Law & order SVU and Vampire Diaries. My second favorite series to read is The Vampire Diaries

According to Brownielocks today is National Watermelon Day!

Watermelons ... a sweet, drippy, juicy way to learn! ;) So let's start out with some watermelon facts:

Watermelon Facts:
* Watermelons are more than 90% water. That's how it got its name!
* For that reason, in ancient times travelers used them as a source of transportable water.
* They probably originated in Africa, but are now grown around the world.
* They are part of the gourd family.
* They grow on a vine and must be replanted yearly.
* Most people consider them to be a fruit, but horticulturists consider them a vegetable.
* They vary in size and shape. The Japanese recently even developed a SQUARE watermelon!
* The outside of the watermelon is the rind.
* Inside the watermelon you'll find the flesh (the stuff you eat), and seeds.
* Watermelons can be different colors inside and out, as well as the amount of seeds that they contain.
* Most watermelons weigh from 5 - 40 pounds, but some get as large as 100 pounds.
* The 1996 Guiness Book of Records lists the largest watermelon as being 262 pounds!
* The seeds (like the pumpkin's seeds) can also be roasted and eaten.
* Some people use the watermelon rind for making preserves, pickles, or relish.
* That makes the whole watermelon edible!
