DETERMINED...to learn

Optifast diet on January 6th 2015. My goal is to lose 55 lbs. for my birthday month November. I want to be able to control my blood sugar, hyperthyroidism, chlosterol, trygliseroids and heart disease and kidney disease.
I'll be able hopefully to lower these blood counts and have a healthier heart.
I've been here since 2008, finding out I have so many food intolerances, heart attack, vascular disease that went bad in 2012, my leg and foot is still swollen. In the past week alot of ...

My Goals:
I want to be able to lose 55 pounds. Have a healthier heart and be able to exercise as much as I can.

I want to be able to do a warm-up and stretch/exercise, because now a warm-up is my exercise.

My Program:
No on high fiber for now.

I'm from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Other Information:
I love plants, flowers, senic landscaping and animals.
I do photos and wood burning, but perfer to be active in the spring/fall and summer is for visiting friends and family.

I haven't quite made it to my high school weight yet so congratulations on that accomplishment!, Your blog reminded me of a similar incident I had after dropping some pounds. I decided to go ditch my scale and just my results from my mirror.

I had stop taking the bus to work and was trying get in some exercise by speed walking to my job, one day and my half slip fell off in front of several morning commuters and construction workers in downtown area, I proceeded to step out of my half slip picked it up and keep it moving, not paying attention I stepped on a vent and my one of my hi heels got caught now I'm struggling to hold my dress down!

That's why I said it was a good thing you were indoors and not outside.
