I am looking to live a healthy well balanced life style.

Weight - Current 143pounds



142 - maintain for a week - A starbucks coffee and a New Workout DVD and magazine

140 - maintain for a week - A starbucks and a bingo session

138 - maintain for 2 weeks - A starbucks and a pedicure

136 - maintain for 2 weeks - A starbucks and a full hour body massage

135 - maintain for good....
Weekly treat, A starbucks and a workout magazine or a new Novel.
Monthly treat, a pedicure or massage and a bingo session.

I have the MAINTAIN time in there so that I don't go crazy and lose all my weight in 2 weeks, I need this to be a gradual weight loss so that the weight stays off.

My Goals:
Run a half marathon before the year is done.
Next year I would like to run a Marathon in a different country and I would like to do a tri-athon.


My Program:
I am working out doing a Bodypump routine daily and I go for power walks daily. I do yoga and pilaties and a lot of core work.



Personal Information:
I am from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It's not the greatest place to live, but it is where my sister's, their children and my mother live, so to me it is HOME.
I love to watch the sun set and rise, I love to run when it is dark out and when the air is crisp. I love to go for walks with my young neice and I enjoy cooking. I do any sport I can even if I suck at it. I live everyday as if it were my last.
