last year 08-09 I lost 58lbs, I did this by the help of a personal trainner in which I still have.. Thank goodness she is a friend now! Last august 09, I had a root canal that caused me to take 5 rounds of antiobotics back to back..Alot of pain and depression got me side tracked..I didnt feel like working out and eating healthy wasnt on my mind but I was to the point sometimes I didnt care! As of jan 10, Ive decided to continue working out & eating healthy.. Last week that root canal tooth decided to throb like a mad dog! I am on antiobotics as we speak 4 x day.. but I have not let it stop me! I did workout 3 x this week.. My goal is 6 days per week! with my weigths included.. which I normally do legs one day and arms the next with abs being everyday! This way I dont get sore! When I skip a day at the gym I get sore! So...Im learning my lessons the hard way! I need to workout out those 6 days so I dont get sore! I am on a high fiber plan..I keep a food book which I write everything down in.. and like everyone else I do cheat... But I take it one day at a time Thats all I can do... Theres no hurry as to how long it takes me to remove the fat from my body! The longer it takes the longer it stays off! So slow is better! When I started I was wearing a size 20 jeans.. before that I wore a 22.. but I dropped that along time ago to a size 20.. but with my personal trainner I dropped down to a size 16 jeans which I am now.. I went from a size 40 waist to a 38..thats not much but it works for me!
Ive just started doing exercises in the floor using my own body weight.. this is something I have never done before..
But trying to change things up somewhat.. I have a friend that says she does jump and jacks and has lost weight doing that.. I did a search and found u could loose weight by doing jump and jacks, or jumping rope or on a mini trampoline.. its the up and down motion..that does the trick.. I too have done some of that! but since I have just stated ... I think all i have lost is water! but hey thats better than nothing at all!

My Goals:
To stay healthy, Eating my high fiber foods,fruits, nuts, whole wheat products.. to loose at least 65 lbs.. I know thats not alot to some of u.. but I already lost 58..(sept 08--june 09) at this point it really gets hard!
AS OF 1/22/10 Weight is moving again..Thanks to a book called: FIBER UP SLIM DOWN COOKBOOK by Prevention


My Program:
I exercise at the gym working up t 6 days per week.. eating healthy! no process foods! If man made it I dont need it! If God made it I can eat it!
