I am a married father of three adult children, two grandsons and three cats. I have lived in Owensboro, KY my entire life.
I have been physically active almost all of my life and for a three year period I even dabbled with adventure racing.
My wife and youngest daughter are both ACE certified fitness instructors and personal trainers and my daughter also has two Cross Fit certifications beside her degree in Fitness and Sports Management. The background picture is of ...
