My Goals:
My first and foremost goal is to loose weight. I would like to loose 30-40 lbs. My other goals is to eat healthier and get more exercise on a consistant basis. I just want to be the best me I can be.

My Program:
My program for now is just to count calories and do cardio at least 4 days a week.
