thanks for the awesome comment on my page, it made my morning! to answer your question, it took me about a year to lose all the weight, and since last summer i've just been maintaining and trying to tone up. honestly, the thing that keeps me defined is running. i run 6-7 miles, 4-5x per week. i do abs about every other day, but it's not a huge part of my workouts.
