Hello Spark Friends!

So my last page title and introduction text were very negative and depressing. A fellow sparker (LIVINMYDREAMS - thank you) urged me to be positive and list good things that will come as a result of my efforts. I'm going to do just that. Negativity breeds more negativity. I need a place I can come to that is positive and motivating...even through the rough times.

My Program:
Lower bad carb intake - little to no grains or "bad" carbs (pasta, rice, wheat, potatoes, bread, sugar, etc...)

Increase good fat intake. Yayyy for coconut oil!!

Take one day at a time.

Drink lots of water.

Minimize sodium.

MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!

I love rock music, some heavy metal and can listen to anything other than country (sorry).

I thought of you on Saturday evening. I was listening to A Prairie Home Companion and the Wilson sisters were guests!?!? Caught me off guard! I was pleasantly surprised that I still knew most of the words to Dreamboat Annie, though, lol!
