Hi Spookido! Thanks for checking in on me. We are doing well - daughter's wedding was last May and they seem to be doing well (he has calmed down), son still live in assisted living (just got accepted into an art studio in the Crossroad District), I lost my job in January. I need to get active again on here and make some changes/progress. Just bought a recumbant bike so I hope I can get serious here. I need encouragment and accountability. Your note has helped me want to get back on track with SP. Thank you for that. You should see me here more often now. emoticon
