It's me Spookiedo. I'm back and ready to start anew.

Original starting weight on September 4, 2008 - 221
Starting weight 205 on October 1, 2011

Weight on November 21,1 2013 - 193.8
Weight on November 23, 2013 - 192.4
Currently working on :

Making exercise a routine event and eating better.

Working on 5 days of strength training a week and 7 days of cardio. 120 fitness minutes a day total.

To start and finish the 10 minute a day challenge and the 28 day bootcamp challenge. To do 60 minutes of cardio a day.

Had surgery in February. My short time goal is to get back to doing 30 minutes of cardio a day and 5 days of strength training per week this month.

My Goals:
To drink 8 glasses of water a day.
To do cardio at least 5 days a week.
To eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
To think about what I'm doing before eating something.
To enjoy exercising again.

Scheduling my workouts so that they become routine to me.
Switching up workouts so I won't get burned out to quickly.
Reminding myself this is my life and I have to do this for myself.

    Kidney stone blasted. Actually got out and walked on my street today. Im nowhere near ready to drag all you women to the mall or park yet... BUT ITS COMING!!!

    Gimme a couple a more weeks and then lets think about a meet up!

    I still don't know about my job next year. Waiting to see where I will be working. My Mom is doing fine. I am good however I am not on track like I need to be. I need to put everything into it and get this weight back off. I will start walking again soon. Maybe we can walk together.

    Thanks for checking on me! I'm not on Spark People anymore, but I am happy to report I've lost over 35 pounds with Weight Watchers! It's the meetings and the weekly weigh-in that keep me motivated.
