Proud Soldier, Husband, Dad, & Grandpa
Retired in 1989 from the Army (after 22 years). I went to college for the next 8 years and graduated with a masters in Adult Education. I have a wonderful wife, that I love dearly, four sons (41,37,36,34) and a 10 year old daughter. I went from 205lbs, at retirement to 280 lbs. I lost 30 lbs on another program but did so with very little support.

My Goals:

My Program:
Follow the SP guide lines and diets. Following a low fat, count your calories diet; started a walking program with some weight work.

I am from Oviedo, Florida but now live in Oklahoma. I joined the Army shortly after high school. Spent two years in Vietnam as an infantryman with the 1st CAV. Ended up staying in for 22 years. Retired as a 1st Sergeant. I have a wonderful wife, 5 children, and 6 grandchildren. After retirement went to college for 8 years.
