It will be a new me

1978 age 32 weight 118, 2012 age 65 weight 183, 2013 age 66 weight 166. It took my 11 months to just about lost the full 10% of my body wreight. I will continue theis 10% weight loss, followed by 30 days of maintaining and do another 10% weight loss followed by 30 days maintaining until I reach 130 lbs.
