To be fit and healthy but more specifically to lose (all the accumulated post natal fat) 8kg (left to go)
I have since revised my programme and is currently following the Dukan Diet plan.
For the first 2 weeks, I'm striving to omit carbo for dinner. Gradually reducing carbo intake to once a day (in the morning). Not consuming food 3 hours before bedtime. Increase intake of water (2L/day) and consume plenty of vegies.
I will stick with what works...(as above)
