Finding Inspiration

I'm not exactly sure what I will be doing with this page at this time. I just know that I need to do something with my weight. Since 2008 I have gained 88 lbs. I have gained almost 50 of those lbs in the last 4 years, when I started my current job. I already had chronic pain, and it has continued to get worse. It's to the point where I don't participate in many things I used to enjoy, because I know it will hurt too much. My main goal is to lose weight to reduce my pain, which I hope ...

thank you- yep I kept thinking it would get better and each doctor it was worse, and tests are scary... finances (none) are not helping... just had a melt down- we all need it sometimes.. thanks for the boost.. Hugs
