Finding Inspiration
I've been a SparkPeople member for quite a few years. Sometimes I have had success, and more times than not I just fizzle out. I'm currently trying to motivate myself to try to lose the weight I gained during and after grad school. My goal is to lose one pound this next year for every year I have been on Earth. It's nowhere near my ideal weight, but it's a realistic goal that will make me feel better about myself. I've always found my SparkPeeps to be very motivating. So, here's to ...
