I'm Jenn, I'm a 30 something spliting her time in Las Vegas (where my family is) and London, where my husband and his family usually are. I am lucky enough to have married the love of my life in July of 2012 after being best friends for over 7 years. I am a music professional as is my sweetie. I sing, mostly compose and produce and have toured around the world and had the adventure of a lifetime. Then in 2010 the tour I did ended and I came home and realized how alone I really was and just let myself go, between the depression and the meds I had gained 100+#. Due to some physical issues I have had to re evaluate my health and weight loss goals. I have now gone from training for a world tour that I now am not able to do, to learning exactly what I want personally for my health and wellness. So far I have lost 49# of that 100+. At the moment I am trying to refocus my life and my priorities. I am also beginning to work on making my first solo EP, which is something I had in the past kept turning down and kept hiding in the shadows. So I'm making a drastic change in my career at this point in my life.
I also want to continue to reclaim my true inner athlete and again be the "real" me that has been hiding, but in the past year has been really breaking through. I now look at pictures of myself and say This is me, not who I used to be and not who I think I should be. I have been a spark member for over 6 years and I have had the success and the down sides as well. I have revamped my "plan" and goals and am now looking to focus on training for my first 5k race as a runner then continue with it beyond that. I also want to lose the rest of my weight gain and not just get thin but lean, strong and very defined as my long term goals.
I am proud to say that I'm the healthiest I've ever been in my life but I would like to reach my goal weight, truly become a runner in competitive races, and I want to get seriously lean, and strong with awesome definition. I also would like to start to eat clean.

I have recently switched gears from training to go on a world tour for the past year to just becoming a better, healthier me all around. I am eating much better, I have adopted a vegetarian lifestyle, and at the moment run/walking a 5k virtual race a week. I'm also trying to add at least 30 min of cardio on the days I do not do the race to train and build my running endurance.
Right now my cardio consists of walk/running on the treadmill, stationary cycling and the elliptical. I have also added basic strength training to my program.
My name is Jennifer/Jenn/Jenna/Ashton Smith. I'm blunt, honest, silly, very serious when called for but always open about anything to anyone. I am not a "girly" girl I like sports, fast cars, guitars, SHOES! extremely sexy British men LOL. And yes I am that ROCKER CHICK COOL! I like to push peoples buttons to get a reaction from them, but most always in a good way. I may have a very privileged life but don't let that fool you I work very hard to be where I am in my career and have truly earned my awards and successes. On that note I am also probably the most grateful person you will ever meet. I'm smart enough to know how blessed I truly am. I am a very good person with a huge heart. Always there for my friends and loyal until the end and always willing to do anything my friends need. Sometimes the people who seem the toughest on the exterior are really the softest on the interior.
I love music, singing, writing, performing, just give me a stage! I am a classically trained Pianist since the age of 7. I am James McCartney's biggest supporter on the planet. I love watching House MD and alot of educational stuff i also love anything by Ricky Gervais. And I have recently rediscovered my love for Dexter! I also love to read especially anything by my favourite author Stephen King and Nicholas Sparks but I've been known to always be reading at least 4 books at the same time.
