My ups and downs
I am an active 73 year old. I love to travel with my husband and our friends. We try to go someplace interesting every year. Last year we went to Disney World without children and had a great time. We also enjoy dancing and go square dancing and round dancing every week. Both of us enjoy the dance classes we take. It is fun and good exercise.
I have been working to lose weight for several years. I gain some and then lose some and then gain it again. I am tired of losing ...

I have been working to lose weight for several years. I gain some and then lose some and then gain it again. I am tired of losing the same pounds over and over. This time I plan to keep it off by weighing myself regularly and not allowing the scale to creep up.

I am happily married to a great guy. I confess to being a chocolaholic! I am from (sometimes) Sunny California. A great place to live. The weather is mostly nice. I don't do cold nor snow!
