I want to be healthy and fit for my family, and change my lifestyle to keep my health on track. ***UPDATE*** On July 7th, I reached my goal and entered Maintenance Mode. I am having an interesting time learning to balance my fitness and calories to keep my weight steady instead of to lose weight. Getting in all of my calories on a vegan, whole foods diet without overstuffing oneself is hard, but I will do it!

My Goals:
I want to maintain my recent 15 pound loss (total 75 pounds lost) in a healthy way that I will be able to maintain for the long haul. I want to be in the best shape of my life. I want to grow closer to God as I make this journey because He is my strength.
My Program:
I work out at home and outdoors as much as I can. No gym for me! Right now I am really enjoying the Peak10 workout dvds and mixing in some FIRM and Shiva Rhea yoga dvds. When I'm able to, I really enjoy jogging, trail running and doing intervals on the track. I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio 6 times a week and strength training 2-3 times a week.
