Here's what I am doing with TF: I try to stay as close to the short end of my calorie count as possible. (I'm allotted 1200-1500/day). I have found that for me, that usually means 1260-1290. If I go below 1230 I plateau for-ev-er. I do not use Shakeology (because I don't want to pay for it)...and I MAKE myself do the workout every day. On the "REST" days, I got to the gym and do 20 min on the treadmill for intervals (walk 2 min/ run 5). I have quite a bit of weight to lose so I am sure that it is going to slow down the further I get into the program. 1 month down, 60 days to go!
