Our 25th Anniversary.
Been gone almost a year, but I'm back! I've been working out consistently with Turbo Fire, Les Mills Combat and Pump, getting my steps in, but I've got to work on my diet and nutrition. Going to start logging here on Spark and see if I can get it figured out. I know I will. I've got Spark on my side!
My goal is to maintain my level of fitness and eat clean...except for one cheat day!
I love to workout and my favorite programs are Turbo Jam/Fire/Kick, Chalene Extreme, P90X, Slim in 6 and anything Cathe Friedrich. My latest fav is Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and my NordicTrack incline trainer. Can't get enough!!! Oops! Can't forget Les Mills Pump and Combat!
I have been married to my "high school sweetheart" for almost 30 years and we have a 24-year old son.
I am cardio addicted and enjoy running, the incline trainer, quite a few BeachBody's programs, as well as traveling either by air or car (road trip anyone?), mowing the yard (sad, but true), surfing the web, spending quality time with family, trying new recipes, laughing and loving
