For the Last Time!
I am a 59 year old, thoroughly disgusted and frustrated female. I love hiking and outdoor activities with my husband and dogs, but find my weight gain makes enjoying these activities unpleasant. I am tired of achy joints, clothes not fitting and just plan not feeling like I used to. I am a great dieter, but not so great at keeping it off. Have had a tough year and a half, but it's time to get back on track and take control. I can do this, I am worth it.

Personal Information:
I am a 59 year old RN, happily married to my best friend for 36 years. I have 2 golden retrievers. My husband and I have recently retired and relocated from the east coast to Montana. We to hike but have not recently, am looking forward to exploring our new home state and becoming more active.
Other Information:
I love to quilt and am also a hooker. Not that kind - I hook wool rugs. Also recently learned to knit. I was told I am now officially a "fiber artist".
I am a great cook and baker (taught by grandma) and have to find a balance to be able to enjoy my foods but not have them control me.
