On my may back to a healthy lifestyle
Last December my life took a awful turn and was a downward slide. Since then I have started to put my life back together. I have met a wonderful military man who is currently deployed., and I am anxiously waiting his return.
With the stress of work, trying to catch up on bills from being unemployed, supporting my daughters, finishing up my bachelors degree, and putting my life back together I gained my weight back plus a few lbs. So here I am once again, and this time I am ...

Im Done being FAT!
Im Done being Tired!
Im Done being unhappy when I look in the mirror!
Im Done with the roll that has developed around my stomache!
I have had enough.... Im DONE!
I have realized that so much of my weight gain has been a result of emotional eating. When I am stressed I eat, when I am sad I eat, depressed I eat. I need to be Done and take control of my emotions rather then eat to cover them up.
