Feelin Good About Me
im 37 and i have battled with my weight throughout the years. i've come to the conclusion that i need to loose the wieght i gained from my 2 kids . I need to loose it for me and not to make someone else happy. the exercises i have started doing make me happy and i feel good about me. i love all the energy i know have.whoo hoo

My Program:
I plann to eat healthy and exercise 6x a week. drink plenty of water and stay positive. I must remember it is ok to slip up once in a while. But get back on track .

Hello i'm shannah and im from ohio. i live on a farm in the middle of amish country. i do a lot of baking and cooking for my family. i have fought with my weight ever since my daughter was born 16 years ago. i hit a all time low when i hit 255 pounds. i looked at my self and said no more. I started the new year right so far i have lost 40 pounds and i want to loose 55 more. my husband is so supportive and has never once said anything about my weight. Its time for me to get back that feel good about me adittude i once had. Game on baby. Im on my way now. yee haw

i love to read my favorite author is Kresley cole she writes about vampires andwerewolves the whole immortals series.
My passion is my horses. i love to ride and enjoy nauture. My 2 kids are my greatest joy.
