Still trying to find time for myself. I am finally done with school (graduated June 15th) so that has freed up some time.

Going to the gym that I pay a membership for!!

Follow the food plan that my BeachBody coach, Kristin gave me. (Need to hit the grocery store for healthy foods!)

I'm normally a pretty happy person, though lately I've been feeling kind of lost. I am 35 years old and been married for 11 years. I'm shy, kind and a good friend.

Other Information:
I'm a semi-introverted person who needs someone to kick her in the ass to get moving.

Sorry you didn't feel well enough to go. Your health is definitely important, so keep getting better!! I've had this team for 5-6 years, so you can bet I will have it again. Just remember Team 3010 next year when you register.

UGH! Doctors orders for not running or walking! MISERABLE. I'm so sorry!

Are there other exercises you can do to keep your momentum going? Swimming? Seated strength training.

Hi Kari ~ it was good to here from you! Glad to know you are still plugging away. We all have set backs and times where we feel like we are barely treading water ~ but what shows real growth and change is when we stick with it through the tough spots. So be proud ~ you are changing!!!

Looks like you are leaving tomorrow to see your family....hope you enjoy your trip. Find little ways to be active and make sticking to your food plan a priority. You will be glad you did.

I also continue to work through the c25k program. I am at Week 5, Day 3. It makes me chuckle every time I think that when I get on the treadmill this evening I have to run 20 minutes straight! We shall see how it goes - the longest I have ever continuously run is HALF that time. The Planet Fitness workers may be scrapping me up off the floor tonight. LOL! Where are you in the program?

I find that I struggle with getting on SparkPeople as much as I would like to get on. If you ever want to exchange cell numbers or Facebook info ~ let me know! Having an accountability buddy makes things so much more doable. Have a great day!!!! emoticon
