When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,

Lesson: It won't always be easy. Lots of people want to lose weight, but most aren't willing to pay the price or make sacrifices to get there. You will not be successful with a half-hearted effort or by looking for shortcuts or the easy way out. DO THE WORK TO GET RESULTS!!

(Hit a wall and haven't made it yet.)
(Still over 200 pounds on 10-11-09 but have gone from size 22 getting tight to size 16 just right. The scales is not all knowing!)
Get down to 150 pounds by May 16, 2010. Or, get to size 8 in my lifetime!
Stay on track every day and focus on the goals.
Be strict about food portion control.
NOTHING to eat after 8:00 p.m. Exercise every day, walk 10,000 steps a day, and do strength training 3 days a week.
Don't get discouraged when the scale doesn't budge.
I'm a pragmatist and what will be, will be. IT IS WHAT IT IS.
But, this weight loss odyssey is within my control and I'm bound and determined to change the course of my history.
I have been married to Boyd for 44 years. We have an accomplished daughter and a successful son, and 5 exceptional grandchildren. Our dog, Domino (border collie), makes the empty nest tolerable. Our new CockerTzu, Mini Cooper, added August 2009, is a year old, soft and cuddly, and the first dog that has bonded with me instead of my DH. His name is Super Dooper "Cooper", not to be confused with Super Dooper Pooper.
