    I absolutely love going to Curves and it is a gret program!! I began going 3 times per week, every other day and working out for 30 minutes. I now have just began going every day they are open!! Here it is 6 out of 7 days. I know I would not have lost the inches I have since January without them. I have lost 22.50 inches and 53 pounds since I began Curves an Spark People. Both programs are incredible. The support from both is just what I needed to get on to a healthier lifestyle. I know my hardest part is yet to begin. Losng the last 20 plus pounds. Then the maintenance!! So I will need all the help from everyone here!! Good luck on your journey!!

    Hello, It's Tuesday night almost 8pm here in Alpine, Ca. hope all is great for you. I'm doing good just had some homemade applesauce and blueberries with yoghurt it was just want I needed....My husband is now in the Herbalife business and so we are doing the shakes, we have a shake in the morning and eat a healthy lunch and a shake for dinner....but I needed something so I had that applesauce and wow it was good....I make my own applesauce with green apples ....so how are you doing? write when you can...love Deby

    Hello Oak Creek neighbor, I saw your comment on the Wisconsin team page. Do you go to any particular class or gym anywhere close by? I just exercise at home on my treadmill for now but would love to go to a class. Stay strong and keep on sparking!!! emoticon

    Hello, I'm Debyc52, or just Deby, smiling...Hi I'd love to correspond with you and help each other daily with our Ideas and about our Journey on exercising.I have a exercise bike and I just got back on it this morning for 30 mins. burned 127 cals. and I've walked 1952 steps so far today and I'm keeping a Journal
    every day on what I eat. Oh and I've started taking Flax oil every day, 3 Tbs. and Enzymes 3 times a day...My husband got that bad cold that is going around and I didn't get it so I'm thinking that why...I started a program with girls from Church called Prism, we started Dec. 11th and I've lost 18lbs. was doing good but the past week or so not so much. anyway I don't need to keep going on. my email address is if you want to write -debydebysmile@hotmail.com ok hope you write soon...love Deby oh I love in Alpine Ca.
