Hey there! I came across your profile on another page. I am also a teacher, and started my weight loss journey at about the same level.
Don't worry too much about how to fit in diet and exercise. I've discovered that just consciously thinking about taking a few extra steps, or doing a few wall push ups throughout the day has been a big help. I've also made a serious effort to drink about 100 oz of water a day. The nice thing about having this site handy is that you can usually track your food and exercise from the school.
