Hey girl thanks for the add - I added you back :) I've been vegetarian for about 2 years now and I love it so if you need any suggestions let me know! My biggest tip is tons of veggie protein like beans, hemp shakes, peanut butter & nuts, greek yogurt, etc. lots of people just eat tons of veggies and think they are healthy but it is about a balance of protein, whole grains & veggies.
Hey! lynda was right, I am a 'just like you' kinda story, looking to loose the 25 pounds I gained my first 2 years at college . I have a short term goal of july as well, then hopefully can reach my ultimate goal by fall so I can start the year off right! I added you, so feel free to do the same!
