As a mom of active twin boys, I realize I have to make time for myself and that it's okay to do things for me. I've been tracking my exercise on SparkPeople for over a year now and am proud to say that I have made exercise a part of my life. It's my "me" time and I really treasure it!!

My Goals:
Become more active on a daily basis by establishing an exercise routine. Reunite with the old athlete that's still inside me! Shine from the inside out.
My Program:
Walking on my treadmill 5 days a week. Incorporating strength training 3 days a week. Yoga 2 days a week. Practicing portion control and really watch what I'm eating.
