My Goals:
I'm at a plateau, hovering around 168. My goal is to get to 148 lbs.

My Program:
I wish to train for a half-marathon. I need to run 4 miles twice this week, adding a mile every 1-2 weeks.

Personal Information:
First, I'm a Christian. Second, Chris's wife. After that are a smattering of other facts, such as: I am musical, I love my dog, I want a hobby farm some day, and my dream is to have a big family.
