I am so excited! I just posted my first challenge as a team leader! It is something we all can do! It's fun, doable, and we have 'plenty' of time to all be successful on it! It is called the "christmas time challenge- lose 12 by 12/12/12" It is in the motivation area of our team page. Ck it out, sign up! We can all achieve this challenge together! I have been on Sparkpeople for a few years and I am ambarrassed to say that I am still lost with this program. Can you give me a blueprint or directions as to how to follow? I seem to be all over the place with it and tend to get frustrated alot because I feel lost. So the one question I have right now is how to use my calorie intake to lose weight. According to this plan I need 1200 to 1550 calories daily. And I read that in order to lose a pound a week, I should use 500 less daily. So do I now plan on 700 to 1050 calories daily? If not then how do I do it? I am pretty confused and it makes me feel like I should know this and yet I just haven't got it. Please help me out on this. Thanks and hugs 1919 days ago
