The New Me Resolution

Making more changes to fulfill my dreams. I began my journey over four years ago and want to make a change for life! So far I have lost over one hundred pounds and would love to lose a bit more to hit my goal weight. Im doing this for ME!

Last year I took a HUGE leap of faith, went to school, became a certified personal trainer and nutritional specialist and even opened up my own fitness studio in the town where I live. I decided if I could improve my health, why not help others in a fun atmosphere? I have been enjoying the journey (with all the ups and downs) and cant wait to share it with you as well.

My Goals:
Improve my overall health and fitness. I want to lose a few more pounds to reach my goal weight and help others meet their goals along the way!

My Program:
I keep watching my daily food intake, log it on my food tracker (oh how I love that!), drink lots of water, and get up and move daily! Teaching fitness classes three times a week helps too! I also made a commitment to myself to workout on my own in addition to teaching those classes for my own "me" time.

Personal Information:
" If you're going through hell.....keep on going. Don't slow down- keep on moving." (love that song when I don't think I can finish a work out!)

Other Information:
I am a HUGE fan of Jillian Michaels- she kicks butt and means it! Yet she also makes sense which a lot of people don't seem to appreciate to the fullest extent.

Thanks for the friend add! You have really lost a lot of weight! Your program is very similar to mine. (I've lost 32 pounds but at a complete standstill right now!) I have got to find a way to kick it up a notch!

Thanks so much for your comment on my feed! My smoothies are normally spinach or kale/zucchini or tomato or carrots/avocado/banana/frozen fruit ~ Hope this helps :) I've grown to really love them and have one almost each morning!

Wow, You are an inspiration. I so want to go back to school for both a RD and or trainer but can not talk myself into making the leap! I have the knowledge in both area but need a degree to use it.
