Journey to a happier and healthier ME!

Ive been a member since 2/06 , I have not been on since the beginning of '08,
Im currently pregnant due 2/20/09, and it is not easy, Im ready to get back into doing my exercises (too tired to do them while pregnant) and wating the foods Im suppose to(I can't seem to get a grip on eating anything healthy right now, this pregnancy is killing me!

I gained back all of the weight that I had lost since beginning my exercise program in Sept '06.

My Goals:
My goal is to weight is 200lbs. In the past year I lost 24lbs, have regained some because of the weight trainig I was doing.
My 6 yr old daughter was the main reason for me to get off of my butt and start going to the gym. She is such an energetic person and I go so fed up with not being able to keep up with her, This summer it is on Im going to have just as much energy as she does so that we can do all of the running around that she wants. She has me racing her now which is something that i have not done in a while.

My Program:
Now that my daughter is in Kindergarten I have to fit in her activities, getting home to eat dinner, and off to the gym for 1 hr M,T,W,,TH and 1.5 hr on Sat.

If I get in 1hr on weekday I will do weight training, if not I use the entire hr for cardio, I make sure to fit in all cardio equipment to give me variety, stair climber, elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike.

To reach my goal I currently go to the gym 4-5x's 1-1.5 hrs.


My strength training consists of working a different mucle group everyday. I try to do Ab work everyday. I found a site that gives you daily strength training exercise and its free freetrainers.com

WIll be marrying my King, in June. My royal family is almost complete, Theres a queen, King, princess, one day in the future there may be a Princes, therefore completing my Royal family.

Hi!! I have been MIA for years and still dealing with this weight struggle but I think I got it down mentally now!! I think I "get it" and why I have not been truly successful... I hope all is well! :)

Just wanted to stop by this morning and pass some encouragement and motivation your way. My highest was 343 and I have tried quite a few things in my quest to lose weight and keep it off. Every year it gets a little easier. I back track and then get back on it and have been successful in not gaining everything back. This last time I gained about 30 back and went up to 304. I am now with Weight Watchers and am seeing and feeling encouraged that this may be it for me. I know what you mean about wanting to lose weight before you have another little one. You can do it. Take it slow and steady and it can and will be done.
