I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS AND BE ACTIVE AGAIN. I REMEMBER WALKING TRAILS AND HIKING AND I WOULD LIKE TO DO THAT AGAIN. AND TO SIT IN A CHAIR AND NOT WORRY IF IT WILL HOLD ME.
I ATTEND OA MEETINGS TWICE PER WEEK WHICH HELPS ME FOCUS ON MY GOALS AND KEEPS ME CENTERED DAILY
I AM POLICE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER AND I HAVE SOME STREE BUT I SIT FOR 12 HOURS A DAY 4 TO 6 DAYS PER WEEK. I NEED TO BE SHARP AND GETTING THE WEIGHT OFF WILL BE A BIG BLESSING
I TEACH BIBLE CLASSES, CPR AND FIRST AID. I LOVE TEACHING. I HAVE 2 GRANDSONS AND WONDERFUL WIFE. WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER 16 YEARS AND EVERYDAY WITH HER IS A GREAT GIFT MY GOD. I AM SO BLESSED.
