Here we go again

Hi my name is Judy and this is my second time around on the Spark plan. I was recently dianosged with non-achololic fatty liver syndrome. It came from a Hep A infection that I did't know that I had until it was too late. To make a long story short I have to go on a low fat meal plan with exercise. I am on meds as well and they are helping some.

Welcome to the 100 plus club. I have loss 120 lbs so far. It is not easy at times, but donít give up. It gets better when you eat properly and incorporate consistent exercise.

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You'll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we'll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
