Want 2 B a Hot Mama!
Estelle here. 29 years old, married, with 2 adorable girls, ages 5 and 4. Prior to kids I weighed in at 152. Lost 10 pounds after my first daughter was born and then got down to 120 after my second daughter was born. I'm now creeping close 30 years old and started SP again at 136. I don't want to have to start all over again from scratch. I want to be a hot mama and stay that way.

Pay more attention to portion size. Reduce mindless snacking and eating my kid's leftovers.
Find something to do at night in front of TV besides eat. Drink more water.
