125lbs is my goal!

Hi I'm Twig, 24 a secondary school teacher from Nottingham, UK.

I find it hard to say no - no is going to be my word for 2013!

My Goals:
My goals are;

- To enjoy saying I'm 24
- To look awesome for my holiday
- To look awesome everyday
- To feel awesome everyday

My Program:
I have made myself a diet regime, where I have a large breakfast (400kcals) and lunch (500kcals), then a small dinner (300kcals) and 200kcals for a treat.

My exercise regime involves one day of cardio and one day of toning then repeat till sexy!

I am making more time to beautify myself too, lots of pampering and make-up time.

I have made myself 3 rules I must stick to when dieting. I find this helps me to control my eating habits.

1. Never snack mindlessly - always think about what you are eating and ask the question 'Is it worth it?'

2. If you slip up during the day, the rest of the day still counts. Don't give up on that day just because you had an 'accident'.

3. Always think positively - if you see someone who makes you think 'why don't I look like that', turn it into a positive 'I will look like that'.

Hey there! 120-125 is also my goal and I've also got 25-30 to loose. I hope we can keep in touch and give each other advice so we can make it to success. I see you lost 6lbs, great job! I've lost about 1.5 lbs. Do you have any tips on diet?
