The Time is NOW For Me

Overweight most of my life, though I was able to take off and reach my goal weight for a few years, but I became settled in my routine and not watching or exercising and those pounds crept back. My highest was in the 200s, I am at 190 right now and have been holding it here, but I want to reach my goal weight so bad.

Forage is a really good word and describes my behavior perfectly after putting in 5 hours of hard physical work gardening. Like you, I should be planning my meals out more carefully and ahead of the day...it was always my plan for success. So kudos to you, dear friend...you are planning for that success and inspire me to make today a successful one. And, you are planning out your evenings cardio, too. emoticon emoticon emoticon
