DEAR Elaine thanks for the comments on my page. I have to tell you I LOVE to be moving, working is really good for me. As long as I move I feel great but once I stop I stiffen up and that is when I go to my computer. Sitting watching TV rarely happens unless DH and I want to see something special. Getting up I am stiff but it goes away after I walk. I can sit for hours at the computer talking to my Spark friends. I hope you are having a much better day. HUGS and much love Pat in Maine.

Good morning, Elaine! That is GREAT that your insurance will pay for the gym! I hope that works out, do you have a gym in mind?
Let me know if you get a motorized wheel chair, I hope that you can. Have a great week and remember you are worth the effort, my friend! Hugs, Pixie
