I appreciate your encouragement. God is so good. I too have been a little tired myself, but a good rest is what helps to give my body the strength it needs. I pray that you will begin to feel better. it is not fun when you do not feel well. I wish you a wonderful week. May your days be bright and may your heart be encouraged through the many who reach out to you. Thank you for using the time you have to be a blessing also. As you reach out to so many, you show to many that there are people out there who do care. This world needs this experience. It is so easy to get so bombarded by life, that one forgets that their is always someone out there who could use a friend too. Know that you are a blessing to many.

Itís time we free ourselves to become who we wish to be and so much more, and I hope that you'll continue to stop by and follow the Loving yourself series as it continues to evolve.
