Let Go and Let God

I love the feeling of good health and strive every day to relish in that feeling. If I don't get my exercise, I don't feel well.
While I have tried for years to loose weight, I never put any thought or planning into it. I have been quick to give up at plateaus and lack of will power. Well,
I'm here to FOCUS, to set goals that motivate me, to focus on the end point (Hawaii, wedding, feeling comfortable in my body), and to enjoy it while I'm here

Long Term Goal:
Feel Great in my own skin. Maintain my weight loss.
Run a 5k race.
Start a new sport...or an old one back up like horseback riding.




My Program:
Keep my calories under 1550 per day.
Cardio 45 minutes per day.
TRX every other day.
Yoga, yoga, yoga whenever, wherever possible.

Walk the dog once per day.

Eat clean; stop this "Ill start tomorrow" mentality.

Drink at least 64 oz water a day.

Limit alcohol and sweets, if not eliminate all together.

Track everything, good and bad.

8 hours of sleep every night!

Personal Information:
I love to be active and move, spend time with my kiddos, snowboard, camp, and just play hard!

Other Information:
Every day is a blessing. Is all one can do is take one day at a time. I have learned to Let Go and Let God.

Hey there chica! Lost track and forgot to stop by and say thanks for the friend add so THANKS!
How's things going with you? I am heading to a Kid Rock concert this weekend so I'm pretty stoked about that. My eating has been pretty good and I've been working out like crazy so that's going ok too.

Yeah, nothing terrible in the food department. The sex was good! For sure. Haha. Just because we met, and had sex, is the guilt. It's not everyday I meet people and hop in bed with him. But, like I said in the blog, a girl has needs just like any man. Yeah, neither of us has contacted the other person. Maybe I will ...I want to, but don't want to be "the clingy girl". You never get what you want by remaining silent though.

It really is just that easy! This was my first time ever making yogurt, and it came out perfect! I had some as a sour cream substitute for my burrito lunch, and mixed some with honey for dessert!
