While most people are concerned with weight loss, i'm trying to gain weight. My body type and geneic background makes it hard for me to add soild weight. I'm really surpised with the lack of support or tips on the internet for people who are hard gainers so i'm making my own way to add weight. Tips or Questions are welcome.

My Goals:
My goals are to track my diet and nutrient intake so i can determine the best way to gain weight for me. I also set goals for strenght training and sticking to it.
Personal Information:
I'm from a smaller town about 50 miles east of Pittsburgh, PA. i'm currently employed at a dairy farm. Fitness is a huge part of my life weather i'm lifting, logging meals, or just getting out and doing something with my friends. I am also thinking about taking up a career in the Fitness Industry and hopefully getting Cerdified as a Personal Trainer in Janurary.
