ThintoFattoThin...I can do it!!

In high school (graduated 2005) I was thin but didn't realize what a blessing being thin was. As soon, as I started college I gradually started gaining weight. Now 8 years later I am working to lose 40 pounds. I never expected I would get this far out of shape but I don't think anyone does.

My Goals:
My motivation to lose weight is treating myself to a photo shoot with my husband in Charleston, SC. We never had engagement pictures taken so this is a great motivator!

My Program:
Trying to stick to 1200-1500 calories a day. Exercising 30 minutes a day on my recumbent bike. Lifting weights for my arms everyother day.

I just started on my Atkins Induction Plan last Monday and I'm down 4 pounds!

Welcome to Living Binge Free, where we concentrate less on losing weight and more on normalizing our relationship with food. Doesn't mean we don't aim to eat in an orderly way. We just don't punish ourselves with it.
