Getting back on track

I have messed up. I plateaued after losing 20 pounds. Cutting back calories would mean starvation and I could not keep up my workout regimen without fuel. What was I to do? I stopped tracking and started slipping. I gained almost half the weight back. Time to start over. Hopefully, I can lose 20 pounds again before I plateau...again.

I didn't give myself the name Danah, but I have to live with all the mispronunciations. I don't know why adding an H to the end of Sara, Hanna, and pretty much any other name doesn't change the way you say it, but at the end of Dana, all tongues get tied.
