The journey...

My "I gotta change" moment was when I stepped on the scale at my doctor's office.

Every day I have to tell myself today is an adventure and a fresh page.

My biggest challenges: work stress, getting enough sleep, and putting myself first.

I'm lucky because I have a lot of support plus the two best "training" partners. My 2 girls are always ready for a run. They get me out for a trail run even on the days I'd rather veg.

Great job on the weight loss! Welcome to SP and the Scale team! It's nice to have you here. Be sure and sign up for Spark America ans when you go in to set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Then set up your appointment calendar to send you reminders and when it comes just click on the link and it will take you to another page of links. Click on fitness and it will take you right there. Just check them off as you do them. Be sure to schedule a Cardio day as that is how you will have access to the "Other exercises" like walking, playing with children, moving boxes etc. Use your Spark Points page to help you use and learn all the great tools and aspects of this wonderful site. Drop by our pages and say hi and get to know us better. Again, welcome.
