My Goals:
Well... I would like to lose about 30 more pounds. I am going on a cruise in December with some smoking hot friends. I know that there will be a lot of picutres taken and I want to be able to look back at them and say Damn! I look hot too!
My Program:
I am trying to keep my calories under 1500 per day. I am working out on my elliptical for 20 minutes Monday thru Friday plus either running 2 miles or 15 minutes of floor exercises.
