Hi, hope you are getting a better sense of what your body needs to get into optimal shape. I agree following the SP meal recommendations is a great idea. I like following them, but substituting in similar things to make it more to my liking-- changing one fruit for another, or one dairy product for another, etc.

Hi! I'm here offering support & understanding. I'm disordered also...EDNOS. I was very thin in high school and now I'm very fat. I cycle between starving & binging. I also abuse diet pills. I'm trying to lose weight AND eat normally. It's hard, but being on SP has really helped. I feel accountable to others. I just wanted to stop by and give you some background and offer friendship.
